When to Contact Support
Use this channel for issues that can’t be resolved through the documentation or community resources, including:
- Account or access problems
- Billing or plan questions
- Errors or unexpected behavior in the Console or SDK
- Requests for technical guidance or troubleshooting
For feedback, feature suggestions, or general discussion, visit the BioLM Community Slack or submit ideas through our feedback portal.
How to Submit a Request
- Send an email directly to support@biolm.ai, or
- Use the Help button in the Console to open a new request.
What to Include
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- A brief description of the problem or question
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages
- Your workspace name (if applicable)
- Steps to reproduce the issue, if known
Premium Support
If you’re a Premium Plan user, you can use this same channel for your premium support requests.
When submitting, include your workspace or organization name so we can route your request appropriately.
Premium requests may include onboarding assistance, custom model setup, or training workshop scheduling.
