Scheduling Support Sessions

Premium Support sessions are one-on-one or small-group video meetings with the BioLM team.

They can be used for onboarding, troubleshooting, training, or reviewing your current workflows.

How to Schedule

  1. Contact support@biolm.ai or use the Help button in the Console.
  2. Include your workspace name, a brief description of what you’d like to cover, and a few time windows that work for your team.
  3. We’ll confirm a time and send a calendar invite with the meeting link.

Format

Sessions are typically 30–60 minutes and may include follow-up via email or shared notes.

Multiple team members can join from the same organization.
