Requesting a Training Workshop
Training workshops are live, interactive sessions focused on helping your team use BioLM effectively.
They’re available to Premium Support customers on request and can be tailored to your needs.
How to Request
- Contact support@biolm.ai or open a request from the Help panel in the Console.
- Specify that you’re requesting a training workshop, and briefly describe the topics you’d like to cover (e.g., fine-tuning, SDK workflows, or protocol design).
- Our team will follow up to coordinate scheduling and prepare relevant materials.
Workshop Format
Workshops are typically one hour and conducted via video call.
Recordings and reference materials can be shared afterward upon request.
