Using Premium Support

Premium Support is a paid feature with the Premium Plan.

The Premium Support plan provides direct, hands-on collaboration with the BioLM team.

It’s designed for organizations that want deeper guidance as they build, train, and deploy models on the BioLM platform.

What Premium Support Includes

Premium Support extends standard technical support with access to collaborative services and dedicated time from our scientific and engineering staff.

Typical activities include:

  • Onboarding and workspace setup
  • Prototyping help for models or workflows
  • Platform training workshops for teams
  • Guidance on data preparation and fine-tuning
  • Integration assistance for SDK or API workflows

How It Works

All Premium Support requests start through the same channels used for standard support:

  • Email: support@biolm.ai
  • In-app help panel: available from the Help button in the Console

When you request a Premium Support option, include a short description of your goal or problem.

Our team will review your request and coordinate the best format for follow-up, which may include:

  • Asynchronous communication via email or shared documents
  • A scheduled video session with relevant BioLM experts

Most engagements combine async collaboration with one or more video calls, depending on scope and scheduling.

Scheduling and Availability

After your initial request, we’ll confirm the time and focus of any scheduled sessions.

Workshops and prototyping sessions are typically one hour and can include multiple participants from your team.

Scope

Premium Support provides collaborative assistance with your use of the BioLM platform — helping your team design, train, and manage models effectively with the help of BioLM's experts.

Note - Premium Support does not include BioLM designing molecules on your behalf; that service is available separately through Professional Design Services.
