It focuses on strategic and architectural guidance — how BioLM fits into your data ecosystem, modeling pipelines, and research processes.

How to Request a Session

  1. Submit a request through support@biolm.ai  or the Help panel in the Console.
  2. Mention that you’re requesting Solutions Engineering Support and describe your current setup or goals.
  3. A member of our solutions or engineering team will reach out to schedule a consultation.

Format

Sessions usually begin with a short discovery call to understand your systems and objectives.

Follow-up may include architecture diagrams, integration examples, or written recommendations tailored to your organization.
