Requesting Prototyping Assistance
Premium Support includes help with model and workflow prototyping — working alongside the BioLM team to get your ideas running in practice.
These sessions combine asynchronous communication and optional video calls to help you troubleshoot or refine your approach.
How to Request
- Submit a support request via support@biolm.ai or the Help panel.
- Include a short summary of what you’re building and where you need input (for example: model setup, dataset preparation, or protocol design).
- A BioLM engineer or scientist will review your request and follow up to plan the collaboration.
Scope
Prototyping assistance focuses on helping you use BioLM effectively — not performing design work on your behalf.
